Frequently asked questions
What counts as a statement?
A full statement is one PDF longer than 10 pages that converts. Statements of 10 pages or fewer never count against a plan, and on a paid plan have no daily limit. A file that fails to convert — a wrong password, a bank we don't read yet — doesn't count either.
Is my statement uploaded on a paid plan?
No. Every plan reads statements in your browser, on your device, exactly like the free converter. Paying changes how many you can convert — never where they are read.
Can I open several statements together?
On every paid plan — Starter, Professional and Growth. Choose several PDFs at once and statements of one account are combined, each with its own checks and every join between them checked; each group downloads as one file. Without an account and on a free account, statements open one at a time.
What if I use up my month?
Statements of up to 10 pages keep converting, with no daily limit, and a longer one converts its first 10. To convert all of it, move to a bigger plan, or wait for your next billing month to start.
Which download formats come with each plan?
Without an account, Excel. A free account: Excel and CSV. Starter: Excel, CSV and JSON, with party names, categories and GST in your downloads. Professional and Growth: all of those and Tally XML. Where a format isn't on your plan, the converter tells you which plan has it.
Which plans include Tally XML?
Professional and Growth. On any plan you can open the Tally panel, set your ledgers and see the preview — how many vouchers, and how many would land in Suspense. The download is what those plans add.
Is it cheaper to pay yearly?
Yes — a year costs ten months: two months free. Professional is ₹4,990 a year instead of ₹5,988; Starter is ₹2,990.
How do I cancel?
Payments aren't open yet, so there is nothing to cancel. When they open, you'll see the price, when it renews and how to cancel before you pay.
